INTRO:
Here are some cool backgrounds for your computer desktop. Most of these photos were taken by me, with my Olympus D-400 Zoom digital camera. This is a great camera and downloads easily through a 'metallic' floppy where you put the camera's small memory card. The photos may take some time to download. They look great on the background; the photos below don't do the big images justice. Due to server size restrictions, some downloads have been removed, if you want one of these images, contact me directly.
Click the blue link to download the appropriate background. Hit "Save File"if asked.
WINDOWS TECH HELP:
Screen Resolution: You can verify the correct screen resolution (in pixels) by right clicking on your desktop, choosing properties, hit the 'settings' tab then look for 'desktop area' to find the pixel number you are looking for. Sorry, but we don't have images for resolutions higher than 1024x768. Click on the link below that matches your screen's resolution.
Background changing for Windows users: Click on the blue underlined text to download the photo to your Windows directory (or designated download directory). Once it is finished downloading, unzip the file to your Windows directory. If you don't have WinZip to unzip your files, go here. Next, left click on your desktop, go to Properties, choose backgrounds and pick the name of the file you just unzipped (it'll have one of the names listed below). If it isn't there, Browse to the Windows directory or wherever else you save the photo and select it and Apply the desktop background change.
